Now you can get support the way you want it with each tier designed to include exclusive tools and services to help you make the most of your MicroMD software. Tiers range from a Silver Tier, providing basic, yet comprehensive, assistance through connections with knowledgeable software specialists and self-help resources, to a Platinum Tier offering priority access and discounted and/or FREE tools, such as annual User Group Meeting registrations, eBackUp and online training hours.

The Platinum Tier includes all Silver + Gold Tier items PLUS exclusive access to tools and services not available in other tiers, including direct access to Level 2 (Advanced) Support and Turnover Insurance, as well as up to 3 User Conference passes, 8 online training hours and 5 FREE GB of eBackUp.
