Shawn Kelley – Manager of Technical Services
Shawn Kelley joined the Henry Schein MicroMD team in 1999 immediately following his graduation from Youngstown State University where he received his bachelors of science degree in applied science, majoring in computer information systems.
Tina Prestas – Manager of Software Development and Quality
Tina Prestas joined the Henry Schein MicroMD team in 1997 starting as a Programmer/Analyst. She graduated from Youngstown State University where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in applied science, majoring in Computer Science with a minor in mathematics.
Heather Kelty – Manager of Product Management
Heather Kelty joined the Henry Schein MicroMD team in 2005. She graduated from Youngstown State University where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Science, majoring in Information Technology.
Carrie Ambrose – Manager of Client Services
Carrie Ambrose joined the Henry Schein MicroMD team in 2002. Prior to her joining the company, she graduated from Youngstown State University with an Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health Professions. She has over 10 years’ experience in the physician office setting, in which she performed both clinical and administrative/billing duties.
Lori Ryan – National Sales Manager
Since joining MicroMD in September of 2010, Lori held the position of Southeast Area Sales Manager until taking over the National Sales Leadership role in April of 2018, overseeing the MicroMD sales team as well as MicroMD’s Value Added Reseller Channel. Prior to joining MicroMD, Lori worked with a MicroMD Reseller handling sales and training for MicroMD customers.
Dylan Halladay – Manager of Product Management
As the Henry Schein MicroMD Product Manager, Dylan is responsible for planning and managing our practice management, EMR, and integrated solutions product line life cycle. He coordinates efforts to optimize our software line, achieve business goals, and meet regulatory requirements. Some of these projects include specifying product requirements and user-requested enhancements for current and future products and versions, conducting market research, engaging clients, vendors, and industry experts for input.
